1) A 90 minute to 2 hour meeting where we together review your practice and where it is right now. We will identify what is working well, what is causing the stress and/ or frustration and explore what level of balance there currrently is.

2) A follow up session of up to an hour where I will share my observations and suggested Action Plan. By the end of which you will have clarity on the things to do, with a focus on the important areas and a tailormade plan to progress your practice to where you want it to be.
