Joanne is the reason I am still sane today! 6 months ago seems like a long time for me. I had a situation witha team member and had got to the end of my tether with this employee and the horrific atmosphere and after looking around Linkedin for business coaches and also the internet, I found Joanne. I've always been very interested in the motivational side of business, so I decided to contact her. Initially, the problem was returning the business back to a good working environment, Joanne was there to support me and also assist me whilst dealing with the employee. It has taken some recovery, but I can see we're 200% better now that the employee has left. At the time I really blamed myself for the employee's behaviour, and I felt a failure. My interest was first aroused in DiSC when I heard Joanne's presentation at a networking event. It was a logical step to attend Joanne's seminar on sales/networking. I found DiSC so fascinating that I booked my own individual assessment, report and coaching session. I was not disappointed. It was unnerving how accurate the results were. Not only was my own behaviour interpreted giving me a better understanding of how and why I react in the way that I do, but I was given valuable insights on how best to interact with people with different profiles. I only wish I had discovered this a long time ago and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I worked with Joanne using her disc profiling coaching system which identifies your natural abilities and character traits. But it’s much more than that of course as she uses this analysis to not just put you in a box, but instead to really dig into how to make these factors and traits work for you rather than against you.
