DiSC Profile Analysis
One of the main characteristics of human beings is their emotional nature which adds to the complexities of management.
DiSC Profiling is a psychometric assessment which assess an individual in terms of whether they are outgoing or reserved and people or task focused. This is measured by the amount of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.
The tool is hugely valuable and I use it to help my customers with their team development, appraisals and recruiting the right person.
Have you ever heard the saying “you can’t fit a square peg into a round hole”? In business this is often reflected but not always understood, in your teams. This will help strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and improve efficiency leading to increased enjoyment and ultimately better profits.
Team training is dependent upon the number in your team but for a team of up to 10 people the indicative cost would be £1,195+vat (including individual profiles)
